Lay day in Orillia

Off early yesterday morning to the local farmers market. We rode our bikes up the hill for about 4 or 5 blocks to it. Very nice. Everyone had samples of their products to taste. I had heard of a stand that sold sausages and always had a long line. I got lucky as there were only 2 ahead of me. Bratwurst with garlic was to die for. Also found strawberries, tomatoes, radishes, cherries, portobello mushrooms and blue cheese stuffed olives. After we dropped that back on the boat we went to the grocery store for a few things. Ann did laundry while I washed the boat. We headed to Mariposa Market for their $5.00 gourmet sandwiches. Ann & Jan went shopping and I went back to the boat. We took a long bike ride later in the day and watched a lot of boats return from a fishing tournament. Quite a few more loopers arrived so we did some visiting and even met 1 new person, a lady named Tonya who is by herself on a 27' Ranger Tug. Dinner was the portobello mushrooms stuffed with shrimp and 4 Italian cheeses on the grill.

Now that's a brat!
