Happy Birthday Canada!

77 low/ 88 high

Yesterday, July 1 was Canada Day. There were festivities everywhere. It was also very windy so we didn't get the chance to dinghy over to the park. The few who did walk over said it was more for children and families so we didn't miss that much. We did laundry, a few boat chores, went to the drug store and topped off the fuel in prep for leaving today. Last night we had dinner with Ron & Jan again. Then at 10pm the fireworks started. What a beautiful display that lasted about 20 minutes. It was also granddaughter Kamryn's birthday! Ann face timed her and she showed us how much bigger she was now that she is 6.

Today we start the Trent Severn waterway north bound to Georgian Bay. About 240 miles and 44 locks. There will be nights without wifi so I'll post whenever I can.
