Manistee, Mi.

58 low / 58 high

We had another great ride on Monday arriving in Manistee before noon. The rains were forecast to start early afternoon but never did. Instead about 300 am it started to pour and continued until after 200 pm on Tuesday. Needless to say we were boat bound for most of the day. In addition the temperature never rose from the morning low. We are right at the base marina building that houses the showers, bathrooms, lounge and laundry. We managed to do 2 big loads of laundry before 10 am. It is a treat to see local news and the nightly network news again in the lounge. We lost those signals just after Trenton, On. The weather, especially the waves for the next few days looks iffy so don't know when we will continue. Still have 15 days to make it to Chicago and meet up with the kids and grandkids.

Tucked away in Manistee.

A butterfly garden along the river walk.
