Frankfort, Mi.

68 low / 80 high

We had another very calm day for cruising. We left Leland at 730 am and arrived in Frankfort about 1220. This stretch we cruised along Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore park with sand dunes up to 480 feet tall. After arrival there were a couple of mechanical things to attend to then lunch. We later borrowed bikes from the marina to ride to the grocery store. Grilled steaks and corn on the cob for dinner. Today we'll try to beat the rain heading for Manistee. The front is supposed to come through later today and the next few days will have high winds and 3-5 foot waves. What a difference to what we've seen.
