We didn't depart until 930 am after I went to Fastenal to replace the bolt that holds my new belt tensioner on. I had it replaced in Southport where I had the new spacer installed but it was to short and the tensioner was moving. A lot of the trip was on the wide Neuse River which runs from New Bern to the ocean. It is extremely wide but flat today as the weather again was beautiful but when we arrived it was 104 with a 124 feel like. We are at a fancy newer marina called River Dunes. It again is in a new large scale development. Unfortunately the restaurant is only open on the weekends. They do have a courtesy car that we used to go into town and get a few groceries. It's quite a change living out of a cooler vs a refrigerator but we are coping. I set a replacement in motion today that hopefully we can have by next Monday. The weather is expected to continue to be nice but very hot. Off to Belhaven, NC tomorrow.
