Georgetown, SC

5 June 2015    54 sm today

We departed Isle of Palms early again to transit shallow areas near high tide. There was a very low overcast cloud layer for the first hour or so but eventually cleared. The temperature was in the low 70's until the afternoon. Again we saw dolphins along the way. And the horse flies returned. The whole trip was through marsh lands and was very flat. We arrived at Harborwalk Marina downtown Georgetown mid afternoon. After getting settled we walked a few blocks to Independent Seafood Company and purchased fresh shrimp and scallops for dinner. Later we took a stroll through the historic district of Georgetown.

Leaving Isle of Palms. We were between those 2 boats.

Beautiful tree lined streets.
