After a great month in Daytona we headed out this morning continuing north. This past month saw us attending the MTOA Rendezvous, going home for 4 days to put up the hurricane shutters, a short trip to Boca Raton to see a granddaughters play, hauling the boat for a bottom job, having friends and family visit and then Mother's Day. Other than to and from the haulout we only took the boat out once. Saturday of Mother's day weekend our son, daughter-in-law and grandson came over for a ride. We headed north for about an hour and a half and returned. Our son who is an avid fisherman as well as having his own boat took right to traveling in comfort at 8 mph.

After a quick lunch we walked across the street passed Marineland and strolled the beach.

The admiral on one of the break waters. |
About 4pm I looked outside and there were 2 dolphins swimming through the basin here. By the time I got the camera I could only get 1 shot.
Look close for the dolphin fin. |
This is the basin where they were swimming. The boat on the right is out on the intercoastal. |
